Payment

Dreaming Amelia Designs accepts PayPal and most major credit cards.

Shipping

Most items in the Dreaming Amelia Designs online shop will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Exceptions are Swan Pants, Swan Capris, Lola Skirts, Sirena Skirts and Liquid Fringe Pants, all of which are made to order and require 1-2 weeks to complete. For these items, you will be notified of the expected ship date within 24 hours of placing your order. If there is any issue with your order or unexpected delay, you will be contacted by email. If you are interested in custom sizing, please submit your request using the website contact form.

US orders: All items are shipped via USPS priority mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation will be automatically added to orders with a total value of $250 or more. This is typically a 2-3 business day service. Shipping time is not guaranteed and may be slower during periods of heavy mail volume such as the holidays. If you would like expedited shipping, guaranteed delivery by a specific date or prefer a different carrier, please email dreamingamelia@gmail.com prior to purchase.

International orders: Dreaming Amelia Designs ships to most countries. Packages are shipped either via USPS First Class Mail (select countries) or via USPS priority mail (6-10 business days average) as selected at checkout. In some instances, shipping times may be longer than expected due to customs processing times. If you would like expedited shipping, guaranteed delivery by a specific date or prefer a different carrier, please email dreamingamelia@gmail.com prior to purchase. Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your item, please send an email to dreamingamelia@gmail.com requesting return instructions. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you would like to exchange your item, send an email to dreamingamelia@gmail.com specifying details of the exchange you would like to make. We will respond within two business days to let you know whether the exchange can be made and provide instructions for doing so. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.  Exchanges may be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, however the replacement item will be sent to you without any additional shipping charges. Any subsequent exchanges will be subject to appropriate shipping charges. No returns/refunds can be issued once an exchange is made. No exchanges will be made on items sent outside the US.

Duties/Taxes/Customs Fees

Taxes, import duties, and other customs charges are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Items returned due to failure to pay duty will be charged a 20% restocking fee as well as any additional charges incurred to retrieve the package. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than six months have passed since the purchase date, no refund will be issued.
